He credits his superhuman powers with being born on the middle day of the middle month, in the middle of the century, on the middle of the earth. Unfortunately, as many of Jeremy's scientist friends have pointed out, 1950 wasn't the middle of the century because the century ended in 2001, not 2000. Jeremy says he doesn't care, and continues to tell the story despite being wrong. |
